Serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits. Leads strategy, vision, and capital growth.
Shane Tucker is an accomplished Australian entrepreneur and business leader, best known as the Founder and former CEO of Auzmet Architectural, a leading construction and facade company he built from 2009 until its successful exit in 2022. During his tenure, Auzmet grew into an international operation, delivering advanced facade solutions across Australia and the United States.
Shane is now the CEO and Board Director of Health Icons, an Australian manufacturing company committed to producing the highest quality sports nutrition supplements for the global market. He brings deep expertise in company strategy, future growth planning, marketing, and sales—areas where he consistently drives results and long-term value.
Shane is based on the Gold Coast, where he lives with his wife Rebecca and their two daughters, Sayla-Rose and London. He remains passionate about building high-performance businesses and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
Jai Napper

Jai Napper is a seasoned business operator with over 20 years of experience leading and scaling ventures across hospitality, eCommerce, fintech, and manufacturing. As Chief Operating Officer of Health Icons, he is responsible for driving operational excellence across the business — from product development and manufacturing to supply chain, packaging, and distribution.
Jai began his career in hospitality management, where he successfully opened and operated a portfolio of high-performing venues. This early foundation sharpened his expertise in business operations, team leadership, and customer experience, and laid the groundwork for his transition into more complex, product-led businesses.
Over the years, Jai has built and scaled multiple ventures, including in the online payments and eCommerce space, before focusing his attention on consumer goods and health products. Today, he leads end-to-end operational strategy for emerging and established brands, ensuring speed to market, commercial sustainability, and operational efficiency at every stage of the value chain.
Known for his calm under pressure and results-driven mindset, Jai excels at navigating operational complexity and turning challenges into opportunities. Outside of work, Jai is a proud husband and father to two young boys, and is passionate about building innovative, health-focused products for the next generation.
Sharab Ahmed
Chief Scientific Officer
Biochemist. 15+ years in formulation, ingredient science, and regulatory compliance.
Moe Ahmad leads Health Icons’ scientific and technical vision with a background in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Analytical Chemistry, and global experience in building and scaling high-performance supplement manufacturing facilities. With certifications in PCQI, HACCP, and SQF Systems, Moe combines deep formulation expertise with a command of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
As Chief Science Officer, Moe oversees all aspects of product development, R&D, and automation from raw material innovation to final release. His focus: create evidence-based, performance-driven formulations that meet the highest global standards for safety, stability, and effectiveness. With advanced experience in AI integration, bioavailability optimization, and flavor system design, he builds processes that are engineered for both scale and precision. Moe builds the systems behind the science and the science behind the scale.

Lee Donily leads Health Icons with a strong foundation in operational excellence, customer experience, and brand development. With over 15 years’ experience managing teams and driving high-performance outcomes across service-led industries, Lee brings a people-first approach to leadership and a sharp eye for process improvement.
Before Health Icons, Lee held senior operational roles in the service, wellness, and sports industries - overseeing multi-layered operational businesses where he built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, scaling complex operations, and cultivating high-performing teams. His transition into the health supplement manufacturing sector is powered by a clear vision: make premium, high-quality products that customers trust and love.
Lee’s passion for quality and detail carries through everything he does - from product development to client relationships. Outside the business, you'll find him travelling, chasing waves, or enjoying water sports along the coast. His adventurous spirit and customer-first mindset continue to shape the Health Icons brand into one that reflects both integrity and innovation.

Her approach is informed by a lifelong love of sport and an active lifestyle, which have shaped her commitment to holistic wellbeing. Whether on the field or in the lab, she brings energy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of what helps people thrive. Daniel June
Regulatory Director
Pharmacist. PhD-level expertise in compliance and quality assurance.
Daniel June is a health supplement manufacturing professional with a PharmD and over four years of experiencebridging the worlds of pharmacy, healthcare, and nutritional product manufacturing. As Regulatory Compliance Officer at Health Icons, Daniel plays a critical role in ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards for safety, efficacy, and compliance—from ingredient sourcing to finished product release.
Daniel began his journey in clinical pharmacy, where he developed a keen understanding of therapeutic efficacy, patient safety, and the importance of precision in health outcomes. His transition into supplement manufacturing brought that same clinical rigor to formulation design, process controls, and production workflows. With a PCQI certification, expertise in NSF-compliant facility design, and hands-on experience building a startup-scale manufacturing unit, Daniel now brings that operational excellence to a larger-scale production environment with Health Icons in Australia.
He is passionate about advancing clean label, evidence-based formulations, and designing systems that are not only regulatory-compliant but also scalable and efficient. Daniel’s unique blend of clinical insight, regulatory expertise, and production strategy positions him as a key driver of Health Icons' commitment to quality and integrity.
